HIGH MAST POLE LIGHTING PANEL

It is a box fabricated from M.S. Sheet and suitably painted with powder-coated paint. It accommodates :

  • Terminal for incoming line
  • Terminal for the outgoing line.
  • Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) for luminaries.
  • Time switch for automatic operation luminaries.
  • Contractors for the supply of luminaries for the geared motor.
  • Suitable HRC fuse links with fuse carriers.

HIGH MAST AND STADIUM MAST POLE:

A high mast with a raising & lowering gear system is designed for large outdoor areas lighting such as junctions, crossings, roundabouts, flyovers, etc. The raising and lowering gear system improves the maintenance or replacement of the lamps without any hindrance to traffic flow. This system brings down the lamps along with the entire Head Assembly unit for lamp replacement.

The raising & lowering gear system consists of the following major parts:

  • Head Frame
  • Luminaries Ring
  • Winch
  • Portable power tool or an electrical motor.

Stadium Masts

Stadium lighting masts are designed with fixed head frames for mounting a large concentration of sports lighting luminaries. The height of the mast and the number of floodlights are based on the lighting design. Our structural design team has wide experience in designing such masts. Stadium lighting masts are custom designed based on the lighting design and available site constraints.
